How to Live to Age 100:

How much of the U.S. population reaches 100 years old? A mere .0173%. But that number has increased from just .0015% in 1950. So, you have a small chance of living to be 100, but you have more say in the matter than you might think. Perhaps you’ve been told otherwise, but 70% of aging has nothing to do with genetics. This means that taking care of yourself is key. What you do, what you eat and how long you sleep have a huge impact on how you age.
