Go to the Twitter.com homepage and BEFORE you sign-on/sign-up, look at the ‘trending topics’ on Twitter shown as ‘Popular Topics By The Minute, Day, and Week. It’s proof positive about what is a ‘buzz’ out there up to the very minute. Other sites offer their version of ‘trending topics’ for their particular site (i.e., Digg.com, Delicious.com, Tipd.com, Masable.com, AllTop.com, etc.). A case-in-point, the recent announcement that Oprah would be ending her show in September 2011 to move on to other business ventures full time. (Ditto on Larry King’s ‘retirement’ announcement)

I submit to you that as you learn more about ‘social media’ in general that you will slowly become an expert in your industry or niche on the subject matter, and people will look to you for information on ‘social media.’ Use your blog and video blog (YouTube Channel) to briefly answer commonly asked questions in your industry or niche.

What are some website/sources you use to find great content; comment below???
